Leadership Coaching



In the current business environment, many consultants profess to do "executive coaching" but very few have formal education and credentials to work with senior managers and executives, utilizing a comprehensive understanding of the complex organizational systems within which they work. At Meridien, we have formal psychological training to help individuals to measure and carefully examine their skills, abilities and sources of personal motivation and further assess the nature of the challenge they are facing.

This foundation helps us support individuals to delineate and target realistic actions towards the achievement of personal and organization goals. Our graduate level training in organizational behaviour and dynamics, combined with many years of consulting to businesses, enables us to understand and integrate individual and organizational goal setting and development.
