ranging from diagnosis of organizational culture, corporate climate
or employee satisfaction to analysis of organizational progress
on key factors such as internal customer satisfaction, continuous
improvement, organizational learning, etc. Sometimes we use off-the-shelf
instruments to assist in the organizational analysis, and other
times we custom-design the instrument to suit the special needs
of the client.
Our advanced training in statistics and psychometrics
allow us to evaluate the reliability and validity of assessment
instruments. This insures that our clients are working with real
data from which they can draw robust conclusions.

diagnostic and developmental processes that are free of gender-related
or other bias.
Our training and experience in programme evaluation helps
us design and conduct evaluations of business processes and
outcomes. This helps clients make continuous improvements to
organizational processes and it provides data to calculate
the return-on-investment for change initiatives.
